Refund policy

The customer may unilaterally withdraw from the order no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product.

Withdrawal must be requested by completing the return form downloadable at the following link: (DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM).

Please complete the return form and send it by email to customer@fighterworstland.com within the above deadline.

• RETURN AT A DROP-OFF POINT You can return your items by dropping off your parcel at a GLS POINT, which you can find at the following link: https://gls-group.com/IT/it/trova-sede-parcelshop

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL

1. Return within the allowed period:

Online purchase: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging.

Place the item(s) you wish to return inside the original package. If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return your order using a different package, provided it is properly sealed to prevent items from being lost. Please include inside the parcel the order note/receipt previously received.

NOTE: returns will not be accepted if the items are returned without the original box and/or if the box is damaged in any way (e.g., with tape or other materials).

3. Close the parcel securely and write the return address on the outside.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

• If you placed your order and paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.

• If you placed your order choosing bank transfer, please send us your IBAN details and the first and last name of the account holder(s) (where applicable), ensuring all details are correct. We will then issue the refund via bank transfer within 7 days from receipt of the returned product.

NOTE: We do not offer exchanges; we only accept returns with refund.
